It’s been shown that the strongest factor in seeing positive outcomes in therapy is the quality of the relationship between the client and therapist. In other words, feeling comfortable with and connected to your therapist is hugely important. This will be helpful to tune into as we start to get to know each other, through a free 15 minute consultation call and the first few sessions if needed. You’re also welcome to ask me questions anytime about the way I work to help determine if I’m a good fit for you. Over the course of therapy we can continue to check in on how it’s going. While I do all I can to adapt to what you're looking for, I can always help you change course to another therapist if you’re needing something different.

I currently work one-on-one with adults, providing individual psychotherapy.

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.

For all other insurances: If you have out-of-network benefits (often a PPO plan), insurance will reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions post-deductible, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. This typically allows clients to save on average 70% upfront on our sessions.

During our consultation call, I can verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.

My fee for individual therapy is $200 per 55 minute session.

I set my private pay fee at a higher rate so that I can offer low-fee sliding scale spots for those in situations of financial need. Please feel free to contact me to inquire further. If I do not currently have spots available, I hope you will consider Open Path Collective which has a directory of low-fee therapists.

I provide virtual therapy only at this time through a secure telehealth platform.
